Answers to Your Questions

Think Local is a philanthropic platform empowering Energy Advisors to fund the causes that matter to them. Energy Advisors (EAs) can accrue Community Cash and use it to fund local campaigns — like school projects, nonprofit donations, clean-ups, and more — that create visible, positive change in their communities.
A Think Local campaign is a community-focused project pitched by a qualified Energy Advisor and designed to make a meaningful impact in their local area.
Campaigns can take many forms — from school supply drives and nonprofit fundraisers to clean-up events and sustainability projects — but they all have one thing in common: they align with Think+ values of energy, equity, education, and environment.
Each campaign must include:
- A clear purpose and local impact
- Funding and participation goals
- A timeline and event plan
- (If applicable) 501(c)(3) verification for nonprofit partners
Once reviewed and approved, campaigns are made live on the Think Local platform so other Energy Advisors can pledge Community Cash to support them.
Every customer that enrolls in Think Energy through a Think+ Energy Advisor can generate up to $10 in Community Cash, which is then used to support approved Think Local campaigns — like school initiatives, nonprofit events, or local clean-ups. Â
It’s not cash, cannot be transferred, and has no monetary value outside the Think Local program. Think of it as impact currency — the more Think Energy grows, the more programs we can fund.Â
As the compensation plan distributes money among the Energy Advisor who sponsored the customer, their mentors, and their upline, Community Cash is distributed in a similar way — you earn Community Cash for enrolling customers, building teams, and helping others do the same.
All active Think+ Energy Advisors can accrue and pledge Community Cash. Â
Eligible campaigns include:Â
- School initiatives (e.g., STEM gardens, art supplies). Â
- Community clean-ups. Â
- Educational workshops. Â
- Fundraisers for 501(c)(3) nonprofits. Â
- Environmental and sustainability projects. Â
If a campaign is not funded within 90 days, all pledged Community Cash is returned to Energy Advisors’ Banked balance and can be committed to another campaign. Â
